Darya’s background is predominantly in fashion. She has worked in customer services and sales roles for brands such as Selfridges, Zimmermann, Lulu Guinness, Fendi, H&M and The Place London - set up by Simon Burstein, former designer of London boutique Browns, to showcase rising talent from different corners of the world
Whilst working at Elite Associates, an in-house job came up in recruitment and Darya rose to the challenge. She found she really enjoyed achieving targets, building relationships and going the extra mile to fulfill both the candidates and clients needs
Darya is looking forward to applying her skill set in a new direction. She is proactive and enjoys working as part of a team. In her free time, she likes listening to electronic music, creating fashion based websites and reading Russian literature.
