Salesforce Functional Consultant- FSL

The Salesforce market has been changing and developing continuously for many years... and, more recently, the shift away from code-heavy customisation, and towards stable declarative development, has meant a material change in what customers need.

What we are recruiting for here is someone who understands both sides of this shift, and can help stakeholders on their own Salesforce journey, helping unlock the maximum potential of their implementation.

You'll still be very much hands-on - although the focus is on Functional work, we're looking for people who, at the least, understand good Apex coding principles, and ideally could code too. This is NOT a Developer role- but the understanding of where and how to code in a stable way, is core to the effectiveness of this position.

You'll also be someone who enjoys interacting directly with stakeholders. The role is going to be highly interactive, and you'll be helping to shape the strategic direction for Salesforce projects...
