One of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era.Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager with experience in Insurance, solid demonstrable understanding of support and BAU IT service delivery of Pega or similar CRM and prior experience with SCRUM/ Agile methodologies.ResponsibilitiesYou will own every aspect of solution deliveryYou will mange a team of 30-40 peopleBe responsible for the delivery of all software solutions, project leadership, management, quality and timely delivery of workYou will oversee all SCRUM Masters, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Developers assigned to the client and will report directly to the client IT Management POCWork manage any third party suppliers and service providers to achieve SLA’s and service standardsEnsure that in scope systems meet business requirements and IT standards and guidelines (currently Pega and Mulesoft)Experience and Skills Required:
