Tim was an integral member of the management team that created the SThree Group. He joined the business when it was just a start-up, and he was part of the leadership team that took it through to flotation, and eventual rise to a FTSE 250 listing.
During his 20 years with the group, he started and developed some of the most successful professional staffing recruitment brands in the UK; one of which expanded internationally with six overseas offices.
Tim is now involved with a number of companies as an investor, advisor and partner. Each of these companies has been set up by subject matter experts that he knows well and trusts.

When not juggling his young family and business commitments, Tim is a St John Ambulance volunteer and Arsenal fan.
